Our entire family was shocked and saddened by the news of Rob's passing. It seems as though we've all passed through the office over the past month and each were able to see him, chat, and enjoy his ever positive conversation. We cherish so many memories of Rob and your entire family.... North Star "the early days", Empty Bowls, always running into you at community events, etc. We will miss his presence. Please know that your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers. Unfortuantely, we were unable to attend the memorial service yesterday but that hour did not pass without our thoughts and prayers.

There was a group of about 14 of us that became fast friends at Marquette, Rob included. My heart is heavy after learning of Rob's untimely death. Rob was one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing...a truly nice person. During college, all of us along the way picked up a nickname. Speaking for all the Marquette guys our friend "Dr. Bobby J" will be dearly missed. Susie, may God bless you and comfort the entire family.

Although Rob's life was cut short, he lived life well; with passion, empathy, and grace. I remember thinking, at North Star functions, what a wonderful example he set for Graham and Isaac. Our world is a better place because Rob was in it. I am sure there are many others that have been positively impacted by his life. We were so heartbroken to hear of the loss of Rob... He was very dear to us and we can never forget our wonderful conversations with him, particularly on our last day in Columbus. He was always gentle, caring, and spoke so lovingly of his family. We are sure he is with you at every moment of the day. My thoughts and prayers are with the Johnson family. While I only knew Dr Johnson for a year (his community was soon to be my neighbor) his passion for it was very evident. I was extremely saddened to hear of Rob's passing. Susie, you and Rob are both a great part of my memories of Reservation dentistry, attending meetings together, ski trips and many nice road trips around the Southwest. Rob was one of the early people I met in my career and soon afterward he married Susie....completing one of the most woderful couples I have known. I met Graham as a baby and I'm sorry I don't know Isaac. Rob served this area well and he is obviously well loved in Indiana also. He was always centered, kind, funny and peaceful. I wish him continued peace and I wish the same for you Susie, Graham and Isaac.

My heart was broken when I heard about Rob passing away. I immediately thought of us sharing time on the survivor lap in the relay for life he in I participated in after our diagnoses. I am deeply shocked and saddened by the death of Rob and our deepest sympathies to the entire family for this tremendous loss. My husband and I have been patients of Rob's for many years. Of the many things I remember about Rob the thing that stands out the most was his kindness and gentleness that shown in his eyes. As a Nurse Practitioner at Sandcrest Family Medicine, he will be deeply missed as our dentist but also as a collegue. Rob has truly left his mark on the world.
