Steve Bell Obituary
Steve Bell, 61, of Rockford departed this earthly life October 19, 2018. He was born September 23, 1957, the son of Sally Ann Bell and Steve Stevenson. Steve was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corpse. He attended schools in Rockford. Steve married Barbara Martin in 1980. He was an self employed landscaper. Steve leaves to cherish many fun and loving memories his daughters, Kelly and Stacey Martin and Pam Smith; sons, Nathan and Steven Bell, Kandras Martin, Nick Maxey and Jack Bell; eleven grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Bell, Arnell Bowman and Sylvia Walker; brothers, Darrill Cullars, David Walker, Elgia (Shree), Eric, Fred and Alyvn (Elyse Leigh); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special aunt, Lucille Lambert. Steve was predeceased by his mother, Sally Ann Leigh and stepfather, Elga Leigh and his father, Steven Stevenson; sister, Alice Gary; brother, Larry Washington; and special aunt, Mary Dixon.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018, at All Nations Worship Center, 4747 W. Riverside Blvd., visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Arrangements completed by Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home 2429 W. State St.
