Kathleen Arman Obituary
February 5, 1947 - January 3, 2025
Carmichael, California - Kathy lost an eight-year battle with cancer, passing at home. Born and raised in Vacaville, CA, she received Bachelor's (1971) and Master's (1974) degrees in Art/Drama/Education, from California State University Sacramento. Kathy taught at Mills Middle School in Rancho Cordova for 30 years, holding very popular annual craft fairs where her students could sell the items they had made. She married Surrinder Arman in 1982 and their son, Arjun, was born in 1989. Kathy received many awards for education over the years, including one from the California Assembly when she retired in 2002. A viewing will be held at Lind Brothers Funeral Home (4221 Manzanita Avenue) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on January 21, 2025.
