HAINES, Laura Lee
Passed away Jan. 3, 2006 surrounded by family after a courageous battle with MS in Sacramento, CA. Loving mother of Michele Reis and husband Jeff, Shannon Pauly and husband, Joe and son, Nicholas Reday. Beloved daughter of Dolores Haines and preceded in death by her father, Russell Haines. Devoted grandmother of James and Alexander Pauly, and Isabella Reis. Loved sister of Diana Leksell and husband Dave and Deborah Haines-Scrodin and husband, Dan. Aunt to Dustin, Drue, Dalton and Russell. She was born in Stockton on June 16, 1948, grew up and attended schools in San Jose, CA. Laura resided in Auburn, CA for the past 20 years where she was employed over the years for Magnusson's Toyota and Halls Shell. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff at McKinley Health Care Center who were family to Laura the last year of her life. A celebration of her life will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, 3263 1st Ave. Sacramento, CA 95817, 2:00pm, Monday, Jan 9, 2006. To honor her love of Hawaii, a special Luau will be held at the Hukilau following the Service. Nightingale Funeral Chapel, Dirs, Sacramento.
