Paul Allen Jones
May 24, 1946 - November 30, 2021
Sacramento, California - Paul Allen Jones was born to Paul and Bernice Jones in San Diego, May 24, 1945. In his growing up years, he lived in Conway, AK, Columbia, MO and Macon, GA before coming to Sacramento, California in 1964. He graduated from Lanier High School in Macon and California State University Sacramento. Paul had his own CPA practice in first in Fair Oaks and then in Elk Grove. He loved his work and helping his clients. During his life, he enjoyed being in the Active 20-30 Club #1, Rotary Club of Citrus Heights and Rotary Club of Elk Grove. He served as president of both Rotary clubs. In addition, he served Project Ride, Elk Grove Scholarship Foundation as well as Rotary as a treasurer. An avid outdoor person, he cherished his days hunting, fishing and being with friends. His family was the center of his world. He is survived by his wife Marge of 54 years, his sons Guy (Kayti) and Brett (Jill) and grandchildren, Raven, Porter, Ella and Abbey. In addition, he leaves his sister Margaret (Peggy) Mitchell, brother-in-law Jess and nieces Mandy and Amy of Georgia. A Celebration of his Life will held on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. outside at Rotary Grove in Elk Grove Regional Park. In lieu of flowers, donations my be made to the Inner Wheel USA Foundation, c/o Annelise Graf, 124 Miller Way, Folsom, CA 95630
