Phyllis Love Obituary
Passed away January 4, 2008 in Sacramento at Mercy General Hospital of natural causes at the age of 84. Phyllis was born May 9, 1923 in Courtland, KS. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde in 1993. Phyllis and Clyde shared a home in Visalia for over 52 years where they raised a family and Clyde owned and operated several businesses. Phyllis is survived by her sons: Jack Love of Sacramento, his wife Cindy and their children Bryan, Jennifer, Rebecca, Jessica, Ryan, and Noah, and Russell Love and his children Justin and Austin of San Dimas, and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Beverly Wleckhorst of Kansas, her niece Ferol Negrete of Visalia, and their families. Phyllis met her husband Clyde in Los Angeles just after WWII where she was employed by Standard Oil. They married in 1946. They moved to Fresno and then to Visalia in 1953. After Clyde's death, Phyllis continued to live in Visalia until she moved to Sacramento to be closer to her family. She resided at the Chateau at River's Edge and leaves many wonderful friendships behind. Phyllis and her husband Clyde are well remembered in Visalia where together, they left many dear friends after a lifetime in the community. Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life at Nicoletti Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95819 on Friday, January 11th at 1 PM. Graveside services will be held at the Visalia Cemetery on Monday, January 14th at 1 PM. Remembrances may be made in Phyllis' name to the Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation at www.albieaware.org.

Dear Russ, Jack, and families,
I would like to express my sympathy and also for my mother, Iris Young. My mother has many memories of Phyllis and enjoyed spending time with her. I also have memories of Phyllis being a kind and thoughtful person. May God Bless you and your families during this time of adjustment,
