1941 - 2018

It is with the deepest sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful Bobbi on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 at Mercy San Juan Hospital. Bobbi is survived by her deeply devoted husband Ron, son Henderson Webb and wife Nicole of Hermosa Beach CA, and their children Haley, Hogan and Charley, her daughter Leslie and husband Brad of Severna Park MD, and their children Lauren, Hannah and Fionna, sister Lee Bacardi and her husband Jorge of Nassau Bahamas and brother- in-law Tom Tobin of Brewster, New York. She was preceded in death by her sister Joy Tobin. Bobbi was born in Tucson, AZ on October 31, 1941. She moved to Sacramento in early 1950. A 1959 graduate of El Camino High School, she attended the University of Arizona. Bobbi and Ron were married in November 1978 in Sacramento. They lived in Folsom for 10 years before moving to Gold River. She loved Gold River, saying over the years that she never wanted to move. Bobbi retired at age 50 after a successful career with Pac Bell and AT&T. She held many management positions ending as the AT&T collections manager for Northern California. She was recognized several times by the Pac Bell President's Club. Upon retirement, Bobbi became a 15 year Mercy Guild volunteer. (she especially enjoyed working the information desk with sister Eileen). Bobbi loved to travel. She and Ron cruised from London to Athens, Rome to Barcelona, to Alaska, through the Panama Canal and the Caribbean. Two special places she particularly enjoyed were Kapalua Maui and Sintra, Portugal. She was an intelligent woman with a great sense of humor and infectious laugh appreciated by all who knew her. Recently, Bobbi said to Ron, "We have had a truly wonderful life and love affair. I would not change a thing." The family would like to acknowledge and thank the Mercy San Juan Infusion Nurses, Oncology Doctor Matt Wheatly and his staff, and nurse/navigator Tiffany Porter who went that "extra mile" for Bobbi and Ron. Services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00AM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, Fair Oaks, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Mercy San Juan Medical Center Guild.
