Steph, I have such fond memories of you...You had came to visit Columbus I was around 14 at the time... you took me on a shopping spree at the city center mall, lol! The next memory I had was you visiting us here in Orlando... you and I went to Club Firestone to see Buju Banton!!! We had a blast that night...even though our next memory was cut short (our trip to Jamaica) I wont weep, have sorrow, or be in despair for you are sitting on his right side now and I only can exude the most delight because you are with the Almighty Jehovah-Rophe the one whom heals and you are free from pain. Forever Peace, Levity, and Serenity....Love you always

I knew Stephanie in high school. She had an infectious laugh and a smile you could spot across the room! Always joking around and full of fun!

For the past few years I have organized the Hiram Johnson Alumni Memorial Scholarship to honor and memorialize alumni from the Hiram Johnson Class of '81 that have left us. The scholarship is awarded to an accomplished senior at Hiram Johnson and is selected by an alumni committee. I will dedicate this year's scholarship to Stephanie. If anyone would like to make a donation in Stephanie's name, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Although, I was from Rosemont I met Stephanie when we attended Albert Einstein Junior High School. We had several classes together and became fast friends. I remember I had a "crush" on a certain person in Lincoln Village in the 7th grade. I was too shy to call him, so Stephanie would call and do all the talking for me. LOL! We had great times at Einstein, but we went our separate ways once we reached Hiram Johnson. We still talked at Johnson, but not like we hang out at Einstein. My prayers go out to the family. Stephanie I will miss you and your sweet smile. (RIP)

I have known Stephanie for a long time she was a wonderful lady with a beautiful smile. I have spent the past couple of days thinking about her and all the things we have done over the years together...wow we really had some good times. Steph I can't believe you are gone. My heart is heavy right now I didn't know you had an illness and I am so sorry that we didn't have an opportunity to talk just one more time... You are in a better place and I know we will be together again. To Stephanie's family May God Bless You during this very difficult time you are in my prayers.

Stephanie, it's Catt, I just wanted to say that I love you. We grew up together as kids and ran the streets of Lincoln Village, Me, You, Monica, Micky, Mark Sims, to name a few, we would all be playing at the school and swimming at the lincoln village pool. And as we got older, we didn't hang out as much, and although our lives took us in different directions, when we did see one another we always greeted eachother with a hung and a how are you? Now your gone but I know that you are with your sweet mother Ms. Christine. She was a wonderful and loving person. Because I hear that you had already excepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, I know that I will see you again. Maybe we will hang out more and visit each others manison that God has prepared for us. Many will miss you, those who don't understand will say why, but I will pray them, and your family( Ms Clara, your aunt's and cousins) for comfort and healing. My mom saids that she loves you and you are in her prayers. So I believe I'm am speaking for everyone in Lincoln Village that you grew up with in saying we love you and you will be truly missed!

We have know Stephanie since she moved to Lincoln Village in the early 70's and all through elementary, junior high and high school. She always had that friendly smile and always uplifted everyone in time of need. She will be greatly missed by everyone that has touched her life. This was a shock to us that someone with so full of spirit can leave so early. She is in a better place now and she is in our prayers.

Stephanie would light up every room she walked in. Her zest and love of life was infectuous. My heart is heavy now, but I so look forward to seeing Steph again in a time and place where there will only be great happiness and joy.

What can i say about my niece. That's what she was; if not by blood, surly by experience. Let me try some expression of how i feel.
I hear you saying "God is good" and my heart leaps for joy because i will see you again.
That's how i feel; i'll see you in a little while.
Much love and soon come,
Felicia
