Auburn, California - Verlyn Dale Eisert, 81, of Auburn, California, and formerly a long-time resident of Loomis, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 16, 2024, under the tender care of his beloved wife of 21 years, Devra Eisert.
Verlyn was born in April 1943 in Crookston, Minnesota to George and Freda Eisert. The family relocated to the Los Angeles area, where Verlyn graduated High School then joined the U.S. Army for three years. In 1963, Verlyn met his first wife, Carole Dinnen. They married and moved to Loomis where they were blessed with 37 years of marriage before Carole's untimely passing in 2001. Together, they raised three sons: Steven, James, and Timothy. In February 2003, Verlyn married Devra Kay, bringing joy and companionship to his later years.
Verlyn's life was marked by his kindness, deep Christian faith, his love for antique tractors, and his enthusiasm for helping family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and cherished memories.
