Ellen Bradley Obituary

On Sept. 29, 2022, Ellen M. Bradley went home to Heaven and is now at peace with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She passed away peacefully at her home in Greenfield, Calif., at the age of 101.
Ellen was predeceased by her father, Charles C. Brockman; her mother, Mabel (Hansen) Brockman; and her husband, Donald E. Bradley. She is survived by her three children Dawn (Bradley) Betts, Steven Bradley, and Carol (Bradley) Carvalho; her seven grandchildren, Chris Bradley, Kim (Bunt) Smeenk, Brandy (Betts) McLysaght, Casey (Bradley) Almanzar, Leslie (Betts) Dausey, Melissa (Betts) Gonzalez, Kathy Betts; and her 10 great-grandchildren.
Ellen was a native Californian and lived in Greenfield for over 80-years. Mostly a happy homemaker, she did work for the Greenfield News. She was also the manager of the Senior Hot Lunch Program in Greenfield for many years. She loved to sing and was in the choir of the Greenfield United Methodist Church and sang at Eden Valley Care Center in Soledad, Calif., until she was in her 90's. She loved nature and was an avid gardener. She deeply loved her family and friends with a gentle kindness that warmed us all.
