Jeffrey Swicegood Obituary
ROCKWELL - Jeffrey Paul Swicegood, 33, of Rockwell, passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
He was born, April 18, 1979, in Rowan County, the son of the late Bobby E. Swicegood and Linda Brooks Eagle Swicegood, of Rockwell.
Jeffrey attended North Rowan High School, was a cook at the Boat & Ski Club, bartender at the Carriage Room and Las Palmas and was well-known. He loved to cook.
He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death was his grandmother, Betty Jo Brooks Tilley.
Those left to cherish his memories are his companion of 14 years Amanda Fox; daughter Kayla Elizabeth Swicegood; stepdaughter Brandy Leigh Fox; brother Bruce Allen Earnhardt, Jr. of Salisbury; beloved aunt Lisa Kaye Money (Steve) of Salisbury; nephew Lukas Aaron Money; and two stepbrothers, Mathew Eagle (Tish) and Andy Eagle.
Visitation: 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Yadkin Baptist Church, 150 Yadkin Baptist Church Road, Salisbury, NC 28144.
Service: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Yadkin Baptist Church, 150 Yadkin Baptist Church Raod, the Rev. Mike Motley officiating. Burial to follow at church Cemetery.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lyerly Funeral Home, P.O. Box 279, Salisbury, NC 28145, to help with funeral expenses.

Its hard to believe you have left this earth being so young. I still remember the fun times we all had back in school.Even in middle school. You will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
