Oh Tunie and family, I am so sorry to hear about Alan. It sure doesn't seem like it was 40 years ago we were in high school together.

“So, why so early in life” we all ask. Could it be that the time for his wonderful rewards have finally begun?

My sincerest sympathy goes out to you and your entire family.

Love, Beep

"A big cuddly bear." Before I met Alan that's how someone described him. How true that statement was. For his kindness and friendship to all those who met him, he surely earned his wings.

To his family and especially Carolyn my love and appreciation for Alan goes deep. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Dear Arline and Carolyn and family, I got the call last night from my Mother, Virginia Packer. I was saddened to hear that Alan had been ill. I had no idea.

I am one of Alan's many cousins and I have fond memories of all of the boys of Arline and Wendell's. Alan was quiet but always had something funny to say. He and Carolyn were a great match.

In this busy world it is just too bad that we don't see each other very much, but at least we had the family reunions every year.

We will miss you Alan.

Our prayers are with all of you at this time.

Love, Mike and Dianne McCafferty
