He is survived by his brothers, Greg, Pete, Delo, and Jeff, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy, father Joe, and partner Paul.

On behalf of the Andrews family I would like to pay my respect to Anthony and the entire Salazar family. I drove past the old house on 400 East last week and thought of you all. Anthony was a good friend from a good family. Rest in peace my frind.

My Condolences To The Salazar Family. Anthony Was Truly One of A Kind. I Still Remember Him From When I Was Young, Listening to Tina Turner (What's Love Got To Do With It) and His Chanel No. 5. He Was Such a Character. He Will Be Deeply Missed By Many.

I am so sad to hear about the loss of your beloved brother, Anthony! I havent seen him for quite a few years, but i remember he was such a fun character and loved by many ! Now he can rest in peace with your lovely mother Dorothy. My deepest condolences to all who loved him, as I am sending prayers and positive thoughts.
