Great co-worker Funny , Smart, We will all miss you here at U.D.O.T. When you first came to West Jordan Shed #231 you and I were riding in the loader bucket West bound outside lane on I-215 to help pick up Delineators we had pulled out earlier Marty was driving the loader way to fast I jumped out he rolled the bucket back and cut your thumb off. Oh Frank such scary times. But I enjoyed you and Bonnie such Great People, We will miss you so much. Now you are together again.

I miss you, Frank. Never forget two years ago, you came to my party with Bonnie, who injured her toe (lost her toenail) while at the party. You took her to Instacare, got her toe fixed and you both came back to the party. She was a trooper! Now, you are together again.
