I remember as kids growing up in the culdesac during the summertime, he always had the craziest sandforts set up in the sandbox in his backyard for his action figures. We'd play in it and eventually destroy it. But he'd always be up to hanging out whether it was at his or my house. We grew apart in middle school, but I always look back growing up with Nick with fondness.

For the last 15 years Nick has been one of my closet friends. He was a hard worker and had no quit. He was hard to get along with and rough around the edges, but also one of the most caring and loyal friends ive ever had. He was quick to help if you were in a bind and you could always count on him to come through for you. His humor and laugh were intoxicating and his energy and enthusiasm would light up the room. His impersonations were spot on and he really knew how to exploit someone's characteristics, and we had a hell of time doing it. Nick will be forever missed.

Nick was one of my best friends growing up. I'll never forget his sense of humor and sense of adventure. For my 3rd grade self, he was someone who came into my life and changed it forever. I'll always treasure my relationship with Nick and the entire Davies family. Nick will be missed by so many!

Nick was one of my best friends growing up. I'll never forget his sense of humor and sense of adventure. For my 3rd grade self, he was one of those friends that show up and change you for the better. Though our paths diverged later in life, I'll always treasure my relationship with Nick and his family. He will be missed more than he will know by so many people.

This is the last road trip that Nick and I took together two years ago. We have traveled many places together over the years and it was always a blast, and every summer you could count on Nick coming to our family reunions, wherever they were.

Ohhhh dear Davies fam!!!! I'm just so sorry for your loss. I love to think of him and Timmy reuniting up in heaven. I know you will cherish and hold on to the memories you have of Nic. I'm thankful for the memories I have of him. He's free and at peace and I know that puts you all at ease. Although I'm unable to be there physically at his funeral, I will be there in spirit. I love you all, I'm sending lots of hugs and prayers your way!

Nick was another brother to the Mecham household. He didnt need to knock and walked into the house whenever he wanted. He would happily participate in our family home evenings and other activities. Attached is a picture when he was reinacting Jesus's birth with us as a shepherd. He will be missed more than he ever knows.
