Doris Lopez Obituary
Doris S. Lopez age 88 of San Antonio, passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, May 31, 2015. She retired as a Civil Servant from Fort Sam Houston. Doris was a faithful parishioner at St. Gerard's Catholic Church. She was a very proud member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She is remembered as a loving wife, a wonderful mother and a fantastic grandmother. Her grandchildren will fondly remember her Christmas cookies. She is preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Lopez, Jr., her son, Adolph Lopez, III as well as numerous brothers and sisters. Doris is survived by her children, Agnes Lopez and her husband, Tony Rey, Fred Lopez and Raymond Lopez and his wife, Lisa; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
SERVICES
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 4, 2015 beginning at 6:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge Drive. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 1:30 P.M. at St. Gerard's Catholic Church, 1523 Iowa. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
