I just heard through the DC grapevine in DC that my good friend had passed. I just retired from the State Department after 32 years. But Harry was my first boss, who initially taught me the diplomatic ropes but most importantly taught me to be me no matter what. A gentleman and polished diplomat there was nothing that Harry didn't know. To know HArry is to know he was a loving and compassionate man to his loving wife and children. Incredible human being....when you remember a name 40 years after your career...obviously the person made their mark. Love you Sir and thank you for preparing me for a fully successful career, I will miss you. Roy Chavera Jr
