Lillian Gean Obituary

Lillian Branson Gean, born November 14, 1909 in Port Arthur, TX, to Willie A. Branson and Ora Ellender England Branson, has joined her beloved husband, Ralph Franklin Gean Sr., in the presence of the Lord at the age of 94 on January 11, 2004. She taught piano, organ and guitar for 68 years in Port Arthur, Houston, and San Antonio. She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Revet Croft of San Antonio; son, Ralph F. Gean, Jr. of Denver, CO; granddaughters, Karen R. Gordon of Groves, TX, Vicki R. Willis of San Antonio, Kathleen R. Kahn of Crofton, MD, Evangelynn G. Al Daraji, Melissa G. LeJune and Annette G. Lund of Salt Lake City, UT; grandsons, Joseph D. Revet of Denver, CO, Daniel R. Revet of San Antonio, Darrell L . Revet of Lakehills, TX, Ralph F. Gean, III and Charles A. Gean of Salt Lake City, UT. She is also survived by 27 great-granchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Viewing will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Services on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 6240 UTSA Blvd. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Port Arthur, TX, on Thursday at 2:00 P.M.
