Lucille Deitiker Obituary

April 23, 1930 - November 20, 2015
Lucille Spiller Deitiker was surrounded by her family and friends when she passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born April 23, 1930 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Julia and Adrian Spiller. She married the love of her life, Charlie Deitiker in 1954 in San Antonio, Texas where they eventually settled and raised their four children. Lucille was a devoted wife and mother. She was known for being a good cook....always brought something yummy to most any occasion. She had a great curiosity and loved to read and was an avid learner. She was a member of Texas Chapter #35, Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years and also a longtime member of Theosophical Society in America. She had many friends and never met a stranger.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Deitiker and survived by her children: son, James and wife Cindy Deitiker; daughter, Susan Deitiker; son, Philip and wife Minako Deitiker; daughter Janet and husband Lance Tracey and granddaughter, Elizabeth Deitiker.
Visitation: Monday, November 23, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Celebration of Life: Tuesday, November 24, 2015 12:00 noon
