I miss him. I loved him and only him since I was 18.
He was my sweetheart, my husband, father of our three wonderful children. Monty was so good to me. He was so patient and loving. I miss him. I was so lucky to be with him for so many years. We married on a snowy day; 1980. We were so young and so much in love. I miss him.

Great times with Monty!

I supported Neil at Mallinckrodt until a few weeks ago. I was shocked and sad to hear the news of his passing. He was a wonderful co-worker with a big smile and a bigger heart. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I was a classmate and company mate of Neil's (we called him Monty) at the Naval Academy. I am very saddened to learn of his passing. Monty was ALWAYS one of the friendliest people I knew and I liked him a great deal. The smile in his picture is the same smile that he always wore. I am heartened to know that he had a great family and success in his personal and professional life, though it was too short. I wish that I had known him longer. I'll be thinking of Monty and our Academy days and my condolences go out to Kathleen and his family.

I had the good fortune to work with Neil and get to know him and his family personally. I will remember him as a warm, genuine person who was also a born leader. Both hard working and dedicated to his family, he always exhibited poise and integrity. Becky and I mourn the loss of such a wonderful person who touched so many lives. The world is a lesser place without Neil in it.

I also worked with Neil at Mallinckrodt, and was fortunate enough to meet his wonderful wife, Kathleen. He spoke very lovingly about his family and was always smiling at work when I would see him in meetings. I'm so sad to hear this news, and send my prayers & condolences to Kathleen & his family. He will truly be missed, and I know he will be watching over his family & loved ones.....always.

So very sad to hear this. Neil and I worked together at DPT for a good while. So enjoyed our conversations. Buy only Michelin tires today because of Neil and his description of how they were made. Such a kind, honest man. God Bless you all.

Lots of love and prayers are being sent your way....
