Raul Gonzalez Obituary
Raul Moncayo Gonzalez, was called home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2017 at the blessed age of 63. He was born February 9, 1954 in San Antonio, TX. Raul served the United States Marine Corp proudly from 1973 to 1979 after the military he had several jobs but his love of computers brought him to Oracle where he worked as a Logistic Engineer for 14 years. He is reunited with his mother Irene Moncayo Gonzalez and his sister Blanca Gonzalez-Flynn. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his father Amador Gonzalez, Jr (Estella); daughters Yvonne Jimenez, Aurora Perez (Thomas); grandchildren Isabella, Preston, Victoria, Maria, William, Precious, Ruby, Alexis, Isabella Perez; great-grandchild Annistyn; siblings Rogelio A. Gonzalez (Mirtha), Rebecca Gonzalez (Michael Becker), Patricia Carroll (James), Rolando Gonzalez (Chriselda), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Castillo Mission Funeral Home. Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, September 4, 2017 at 9:15 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church. Interment will be held at a later date.

Raul was a good man even when he was physically down his spirits was up, I meet him in 2011, we worked together at Oracle, he loved his family, he will be missed

I worked with Raul at Oracle Corp. Raul was a really great guy. I'm glad I got to meet him once when he had to come to Utah. My condolences to the family.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
