Rupert Hays was my first CEO in the mortgage lending business. He was a wonderful mentor and friend. I will miss him but know he is with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He was also reunited with his daughter, Karen.

Charlotte and I have friends with Rupert & Sue for 60+ years. Sue and Charlotte were best friends in school. We have played golf,Branson ,Cruise, and anniversary visit.
Speaking of anniversaries, When we went to SA for their 50th, Rupert got a Rose Royce to pick us up at his house and take us to the event.
We will always be grateful to Rupert & Sue for helping our son Monte when he was in school @UTSA.
Rupert gave him a " JOB ". To help him in school.
It was nothing more than a helping hand.
Prayers to Sue & Family.

Love, Hank & Charlotte
