My condolences to Diane, Shundrick and family on the passing of Victor. I had the privilege of working with Victor at the Direcotrate of Contracting and later Medical Command Contracting. We first met when he was n intern and then later he became my supervisor. He encouraged to apply for a position in his section as a team leader. I am so appreciative for the opportunities that he gave me to learn and become more competitive. I owe him much for believing in me and encouraging me to apply for positions at higher grades. So sorry for your loss and he will be greatly missed in the contracting community at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. I retired seven years ago and did not get to see him much during these last years.

I didn't know Victor well due to only being in San Antonio and the MICC for less than a year. What I remember about him is his smile. I would see him pretty much everyday either coming into the building or outside and he would always take the time to speak and sometimes have a conversation with me.When I heard the news about him my heart felt it. I pray that God's comforter will continue to be with his family until the pain ease.

My heart is filled with sorrow upon hearing the news of Vic's passing. My most sincere condolences go out to you and your family. Vic will truly be missed. His smile, kindness, and loving spirit was infectious. I will miss him greatly. One memory of Vic that brings a smile to me is the day we had this birthday party for a co worker and we had these punching balloons and how we acted like kids and laugh so hard our ribs hurt. Great man he was.. I will always cherish our friendship and will never forgot him. The loss of Vic will not be easy, but may you take comfort in the fact that you are surrounded by so many people that love and care for you all. If there is anything I can do, please don't hesitate to let me know. God bless each of you. Love you Vic, already miss you, rest in peace my friend !!!
