You were a GOOD man MATT. You always made sure your family came 1st. You wanted them to have the best! You definately will be missed. Im sorry I didnt get a chance to say good bye and THANK YOU and Ronda and Terri for all the good times and fond memories. And your hospitality! It will never be forgotten. Familys like yours are hard to come bye, You all work so hard and never complain . The time has come for you to rest now and relax . Rest Easy Matt! Matt and I told each other just about anything we thought of , and we spent many weekend days together the last 4 years . A while ago he reminded me of one time we worked together , at the Bonita job in the Winter of 1978 . I had forgotten some of the story . All 15 or 20 of us there remember the mud , and the glue lams that had to be taken down and replaced . He was operating the forklift , and I was running the stickers . Since we were bringing down 8 X 20's , which never happened , it called for something special to happen . I found a pallet of 8x8x16 hollow blocks in the mud and started using them for stickers . He could stack up the 8 X 20's like 5 or 6 high . I had forgotten that part , and he even told me , " Rob , nobody else could have done anything like that . It looked too dangerous ." But it was actually pretty safe , and we got the whole roof down . Steve got the new glue lams and we put them all back up a few days later .
