I was so shocked learning of Marks death. I have known Mark since we were about 2 or 3 years old, the Crawfords lived two houses from us we were close childhood friends. We never thought we would be related, (Marks mom married my brother in laws dad), but we stayed in contact for a long time even when they moved to Cambria we moved to Morro Bay 45 years ago. I will miss Mark we had so many adventures together growing up.

We miss Mark at the SLO County Office of Education. I had the pleasure of working with Mark for over 13 years. He always enjoyed the food we gave him trying to put meat on his bones. He loved his bbq and coffee. My sincerest condolences to his family.

When I was 16, Mark was 8, we lost our father, Glen Crawford. Mark took it very hard. Later Mark worked with me doing special effects on a movie and helped me see how talented he was. He was great with electronics, and ran his T.V. shop for years in Cambria. He had a lot of talent and was full of ideas. All of my children today remember him as being fun to visit 2-3 times a year including Glen Crawford, Jason Connell, Staci Connell and my wife, Stephany Crawford. I was very saddened to learn he had passed just from the SLO Tibune news. He was loved and will be missed.
