For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy. 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20
To Scott's family — May God bless you during this time of sorrow. Scott was a terrific guy.

I was introduced to Scott by his good friend, Barry Byrne. Our paths crossed many times growing up. We were always running around Thousand Oaks in our hot rod cars, he in his fastback Mustang. I eventually moved to Santa Rosa, Scott and Barry were living here at the time.It was a tumultuos time in our lives, and we lost contact with each other, but never lost the memories. Scott was very funny, and a likeable, gentle person. He is one of my favorite people that I have known. It seemed like we would always meet up again someday, but now it's too late. My heart breaks for his family, and I'm sorry that I never got to see him again. Good bye, Scott. My condolences to your family.

I will always remember Scott as a sweet and very bright little boy! I was his 2nd Grade teacher at Conejo Elementary School. Our classroom was in a small portable quanset hut placed at the school to accommodate enrollment growth in the Conejo. My heartfelt sympathies go to his Mom, Beth, and other family members.
