Barbara Mazzei passed away early morning on December 28, 2021, at Dominican Hospital. Barbara was born on August 23, 1933, in Oakland, California. Barbara and her husband Aldo celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 2021.
Barbara had 2 sons from a previous marriage, Lee and Loren, and Aldo has 2 sons from a previous marriage, Gary & Larry. Barbara and Aldo had two children together. Daughter Joanne, and son Dean.
Barbara worked at Wrigley's until she and Aldo married. They lived on Paseo Del Mar by DeLaveaga Golf Course for 30 years before moving to Villa Santa Cruz in 1998. In her early days, she spent time roller skating and riding motorcycles. She was an accomplished piano, organ and accordion player and played for several churches in Santa Cruz. She was also an avid bird watcher.
