Gilbert Zepeda Aka Gil, was born on June 5, 1974 in Santa Maria, CA to Mary and Gilberto Zepeda. He will be remembered as a good son, loving brother, amazing uncle, and a compassionate friend. Whether you had just barely met him, or knew him for years Gil was always himself. Gil had no problem speaking his mind and telling you how it is, but rest assured, he always meant well. He was the go-to for any car or computer questions you had, and he was always right! He will be remembered for his willingness to be there for you with a moment's notice, and to help you in any way he could. You could always find him hanging out at Central Coast Multi services, California Auto Smog, and Transmissions for Less. He loved his cars, especially his 1974 VW Beetle. He is survived in death by his siblings Teresa Mata (Carlos), Dolores Cabatan (Mario), Yolanda Estrada (Martin), Edelmira, Jorge, Miguel, Reyna, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Gilberto Zepeda, mother Mary Zepeda, brothers Rafael, Eliazar and Juan, sister Graciela and nephew Roman Estrada. The family would like to thank the staff at Community Health Centers at Santa Maria Way, especially Dr. Chau, Dr. Pon, and Bernadette. We would also like to thank the staff at DaVita Kidney Center in Santa Maria. Services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, November 4th at Dudley Hoffman Mortuary located at 1003 E Stowell Rd in Santa Maria followed by burial at the memory gardens.
