I am so sorry to hear this news about John. He was intelligent, articulate and was gifted with a unique personality that was unmatched. Our time as fellow employees decades ago at a local lumber yard were merely a moment in time...but the memories will live on forever.
Later in life John and I kept in touch one way or the other. He spoke about his illness, he spoke about politics, but mostly he spoke about his devoted wife and daughter. He loved them dearly, of this I know.
I'll miss you John, but I am certain you are in a better place and for that, I am greatful.
