Died: March 31, 2025 in Amboy, IL
Robert L. Lindenmeyer age 70 of Amboy died Monday March 31, 2025 at his home. He was born Dec. 14, 1954 in Mendota the son of Robert A. and Jolene (Erbes) Lindenmeyer. Bob enjoyed sports, especially bowling and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Rodney.
Bob is survived by his daughters Corinne (Eric) Zimmerman of Dixon, Christin Lindenmeyer of Dixon, Carly (Brandon) Meiners of Oregon, 9 grandchildren, Isabelle, Ellenor, Samuel, Eliza, William, Charles, Warren, Fletcher and Wallace. He is also survived by two sisters Rebecca (John) Kehoe of Mendota, Relissa (Robin) Senn of Amboy, two brothers Rusty (Amy) Lindenmeyer of Mendota, Ryan (Tina) Lindenmeyer of Sublette and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday April 4, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy with a memorial service at 7:00 PM. Burial of cremains will be at a later date at Evergreen Cemetery in Sublette. A memorial has been established. Condolences can be left at www.thejonesfh.com.
