Jodie Michelle Harrell was tenderly taken from us by our Lord and Savior to live and wait with Him until we are all joined together in a perfect place with our new and perfect bodies. Jodie was born on March 9th, 1977 at the Goddard Hospital in Mansfield, Massachusetts, moved to Texas as a youngster, she and her dad were baptized at the same time in Calvary Christen Church of Irving, Texas and she's loved the Lord ever since. When she was 5, the family moved to the Lowcountry and she was a graduate of Hilton Head High School where she played varsity volleyball. Jodie enjoyed everyone, and she never met a stranger. Jodie was dramatic in nature, performed at the Repertory Theater on Hilton Head Island because she loved to sing and dance bringing casual listeners and her friends and family to a joyful place with each lyric on key with perfect pitch. Jodie was in charge of sales for her family owned Nestle Ice Cream distributorship and grew to company from 70 to 325 locations. While working, Jodie slipped and fell, broke her lower back and never truly recovered. Shattered mentally and in overwhelming pain, her dream of having a daughter began to disappear, but then, she and Clark met, they got married and Jordan showed up about a year later. This past Saturday, the Lord took Jodie home and healed her pain. Now, we have the gift of Jordan, a big responsibility and a bigger blessing. Praise the Lord!

Jodie will be deeply missed by her husband, James Clark Harrell, their 2-year old daughter Jordan Caison Harrell, her mother Lynie Jane Germain and father Craig D. Germain, her two brothers Jason R., and Reid P., Germain and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles (Leo, Bill, Jeffrey, Kevin, Kristian, Parker, Presley, Haley, Brighton, Calvin, Richard and Becky Bolt, John Christian Harrell ........ Good-bye Jodie, see you soon.

Jodie was preceded in death by her grandparents from Marathon, Florida (Germain) and New Orleans, Louisiana (Williams)

Memorial service will be at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer (51 Wilmington Island Road, Savannah, GA 31410, 912-897-1133) on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
