Margaret Keen Obituary

Bloomingdale - Mrs. Margaret R. Keen, 69, died on her birthday, April 9, 2005, at Hospice Savannah surrounded by her family. Mrs. Keen was born in Claxton to James Clifford and Nell Lou Dees Beasley. Mrs. Keen had lived in Bloomingdale for a number of years, attended New Hope Christian Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ovid Judson Keen and a son, Terry Allen Keen. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Ovid Dewayne Keen and Rebecca Jean Keen of Garden City, Elaine Andres and Erik Albert Andres of Savannah, Stephen Richard "Ricky" Keen and Norma Oneila Keen of Bloomingdale, Pamela Michelle Henry and Robert Earl Henry, Jr. of Guyton, James Matthew "Matt" Keen of Bloomingdale and Rachel Renee Trombly and Jason Carl Trombly of Ellabell; grandchildren, Ovid Dewayne Keen, II, Vera DeAnn Keen, Devin Erik Andres, Kayla Brooke Ramona Cossett, Ryan Nathaniel C lark, John Garrett Keen, Victoria Ashston Keen and Erika Skye Andres; sisters, Janice Blake of Eden, Audrey Robinson of Bloomingdale, Diane DeJarnette of Albany, Loyua Wright of Eden and Sharon Exum of Bloomingdale; brother, Cohen Beasely of Bloomingdale and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation: 12-8 p.m., on Monday at the funeral home. Funeral: 3 p.m., on Tuesday in the Chapel of the funeral home. Interment: Gravel Hill Cemetery.
