To the Bryant Family,
We, the Pastor, Board of Officers, and Members of Little Bryan Baptist Church, extend sympathy to the "Bryant" family. Dea. Bryant was also a part of our church family. We loved Dea. & Sis. Bryant very, very much. We considered Dea. Bryant to be the "Song Bird" of Savannah. Dea. Bryant and Sis. Bryant were a beautiful christian couple. We will miss Dea. Bryant but his memories will forever live in our..hearts. May GOD forever bless you all is our sincere prayer. LBBC 509 E. Gwinnett Street

"Let the light from the Lighthouse shine on me." Who can't help but think of Dea. Bryant when that song is sung. I send to the Bryant family my heart felt sympathy. This is my first time being able to say " I know how you feel." I won't tell you not to cry because you also had a wonderful, musical Icon in your dad but I will encourage you to pray for God's continous strength in the days to come.Hold on to your "precious memories" for they do linger and they bring comfort to an uncomfortable situation. Stand on God's word for it is true. "To live is Christ but to die is Gain." I thank God each day for bringing me closer to Him and really testing my Trust and Faith through death. I Praise God for he is worthy. Take good care of momma she's going to need all of the support you can give and more. Be Blessed and don't forget to remember where ALL of your blessings come from.

To Rufus,Jr.,Josh,& Mrs.Bryant,
This time is so hard. And nothing that any of us might say at this time can heal the deep hole in your hearts. But know this! "Shorty" left a lot behind for the whole world to enjoy! Mother, whenever you, Rufus, or Josh smile, Shorty is still here! Whenever you continue to lift up the name of Jesus, Shorty will still be here! And when you share a kind word to those whose paths you cross - YES - Shorty will still be here! So though you are sad at this time, please know that he has left enough of "Him" in each of you to carry on his legacy in a very powerful way! Continue to love everybody like Shorty loved everybody. And I am sure God will make everything else alright! May God bless you and keep you is our prayer!

To the Bryant Family,
May God bless and keep you during this time. Deacon Bryant was a true warrior on the battlefield for the Lord. One of my fondest memories is of him leading Praise and Worship at St. Philip Monumental during our revivals years ago. He's marchin up to Zion to the beautiful City of God singing praises. My prayers are always with you.

Deacon Bryant left a legacy of love, commitment, and devotion to God, his Church and his family. He was a man of great statute who loved everybody. His happy smile and gentle spirt lives in his children and grandchildren. May you find comfort knowing he fought a good fight; he kept the faith and he's resting in the arms of Jesus.
