Jason Ortiz Obituary

JASON ORTIZ, 22, a resident of San Bernardino, passed away on May 16, 2008, at home. He was born in Chicago. Jason was a Forklift Driver. He loved playing basket ball, football, dancing, and going to casinos. He is survived by his wife, Arlene Perez; daughters, Adrina Perez & Jalene Ortiz; son, Jason Ortiz, Jr.; mother, Ruth Ortiz; brothers, Juan Enriquez & Javier Enriquez, Jr.; sister, Michele Reyes. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Hernandez. Visitation: Fri., May 30th, 11-1 P.M. with Funeral at 1 P.M. at Mt. View Memorial Chapel. Interment following at Mt. View Cemetery.

I really have not had spoke or wrote about what happened to you my dear cousin as I am still finding it hard that you are gone but you are never forgotten I know that You and my dad and uncle and many more are with the lord Jesus Christ but it still leaves such heavy wounds left even after so many years I wish you could have seen what I grew up to be and how many kids I had and I wish you could have been at my wedding and I miss hanging out when we were so little I Love You Cuz and Miss you terribly it is so hard to talk even now as I write this I am still in tears many years later I will never forget you.

hey dad I know your watching over me and I miss you more then anything sad thing is I didn't really know you but its okay I've heard wonderful stories about you. I heard you were goofy lol , you liked to play basketball that that was one of your favorite sports, you also liked football but I'm guessing not too much family never brung that up about you ... I love football and I play basketball me and Jason play all the time he's very good at it , I heard your favorite color is red , ewww mines is blue lol last thing I remember is walking down that isle and getting picked up and kissing your cold face crying cause I seen you but was confused on the situation as I cried a tear ran down my face and it came running down and hit your face and ran down yours. Crazy thing is I remember exactly what you had on , wish I can see you one last time enjoy it up there dad me and everyone miss you I'll visit you more I promise .. I'm about to finish school and become a firefighter hard thing to do but its something I like , anyways you're gone but never forgotten may you always rest easy when the time comes we'll meet again.. I LOVE YOU JASON ORTIZ and I as your daughter am proud of being JALENE ORTIZ you'll always be apart of me and Jason misses you he looks like your twin , mom says he actually is the same as you like acts the way you act lol etc... Adrina ? she loves you more then words can explain as to Jason and I. Don't forget I love you .
