I wanted to extend my sincere sympathies to Bernie's family. I used to work for PECO and knew him for about 15 years until he retired. One thing is for certain is that he was one of the nicest persons I ever met.

Virginia and family,
My heart is broken that his time on earth is gone. He was a loving husband, wonderful father and a fantastic grandfather. Knowing how much he loved and cared for all of you, I am comforted in knowing that he will continue to do so from his new dimension.
