Elizebeth Paddock Obituary
December 17, 1922 ~ May 26, 2015
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister & friend passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior at 92 years. Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin on December 17, 1922 to Henry & Louise N. Kaap, the 2nd of 3 daughters. Bette went to school in Green Bay, WI. In her 20's she went to San Diego to visit her older sister, Elayne where she met & married a handsome Marine, Fred Blumenstein. They moved to WA. State and in 1946 they purchased a home in Skyway, where Bette lived until 2010. Bette went to Cosmetology School and was a hair dresser for more than 50 years. They had two sons, Richard & Timothy. Bette was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Fred Blumenstein, and was briefly re-married to Larry Paddock. She is survived by her Sister, Leanore Schaut, Sons, Rick Blumenstein and Tim Blumenstein (Rose), Grandsons John Blumenstein (Deanna), Tom Blumenstein (Jenny), Mike Blumenstein (Leslie) and Jeremy Satterlee (Danielle) and Granddaughters Christie Welsh (Shawn) and Lacey Barker. She has 13 Great grandchildren. We, her family are grateful for the loving, compassionate care she received at Dorothy's Angel Haven Adult Family Home. Her Rosary will be on Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:00 pm, and her Memorial Mass on Thursday, June 4th at 11:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 505 17th St SE, Auburn, WA. 98002.

Bette was a dear friend. Her gift of prayer was a comfort to me and her good humor and quest for fun and adventure will be missed. I have good memories of a weekend trip to Long Beach, WA....what fun!
