Melodie Kataoka Obituary

Melodie Rose KATAOKA Passed away peacefully, at Swedish hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on December 20, 2007. At her request, no service was held. Survived by her husband, Michael Shintaku; son, Dylan (Hisako) Iwami; grand-daughter, Eliana; parents, Harry and Rose Kataoka; sisters, Sandra and Candace Kataoka; nephew, Nicholas Lewis; great-niece, Teihani Cruz. Private inurnment to be held at a later date. Memorial may be made to Blaine Memorial UMC, 3001 24th Ave S. Seattle, WA 98144, or Seattle Tang Soodo, 10459 South Dixon Dr., Seattle, WA 98178.
