Steve and I traveled throughout Western Europe in the summer of 1967. He spoke German and I a little Spanish. We were best friends and did everything together. I was best man at his first marriage. We drifted apart but reconnected in the late 1990's. He will be missed but we both discovered the other came to know Jesus Christ as our Savior, so I know where he is and I shall see him again.
