Mary & Family, Steve was a special man who gave freely of his time, especially when it came to kids. Our family was fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of Steve's generosity. We shared many good times with Steve, since he usually was in charge of watching the fullbacks on the back line of the Bullet. He was a gentle man and and we were very fond of him. He was always there supporting our son. I would also see Steve at Boeing regularly, and looked forward to his booming "hello" from across the room and his big bear hug and smile. There was never any formality - just joy at running into a friend. Thanks for sharing this wonderful man with us. We are so sorry for your loss.

WE HAVE SUCH FOND MEMORIES OF STEVE AND MARY DATING BACK TO THE EARLY 70'S. WHILE ADDING ON TO OUR HOUSE, HE WAS A BIG MAN WITH A BIG HEART. OUR TIMES WITH STEVE AND MARY ON VASHON ISLAND WITH MICK AND MARY MCGUIRE ARE UNFORGETABLE. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH MARY AND HER FAMILY AT THIS TIME. BLESS YOU ALL.

I worked with Steve in the late 1980's. What I remember most about Steve is his sense of humor and they way he cared for people that worked with him and for him. I know he will be greatly missed.
