Though it has been quite some time since I've spoken to Vivian, she and Janine hold a special place in my thoughts. I remember Vivian's enthusiasm and unique sense of humor~ from chasing the boys on the beach at camp to chatting at the park during a birthday party, Vivian carried a boisterous laugh and contagious joy. You will be missed, Vivian. Leo, Janine and your entire family, know that you have a lot of love going your way.

Vivian was an amazing manager, mentor, colleague and friend. I will always value and appreciate her honesty, openness, support and friendship. She had great impact on me early in my career and saw more in me than I saw in myself. I will always be grateful to her and keep her in my heart always.

Vivian and Janine were a part of an extraordinary group of HP/Agilent and Bentley Group/eLoyalty people on the PASSAGE project in the late 1990's. We shared long hours and great camaraderie in a variety of venues from Germany to Singapore. No one will ever forget the marshmallow-juggling team-building event or Jim in a kilt. My condolences to Janine and the family; Vivian will live on in our fond memories of her.

To the entire Ma family, with deepest sorry on your loss. This is a great picture of Vivian as this is how I will always remember her, with a big smile. Picking me up as a child in the old Jeep Wagoneer with this smile and bringing me over to Westwood Drive to play with Jeff. May god bless your family.

I am so very sad to hear of Vivian's passing. I have not been in contact with her for several years, yet she had a transformative effect on my life. Back in 2006, I applied for a position on her team. I came to her battered and bruised professionally. We had an informational interview and she shredded my resume with direct, relevant and extremely valuable feedback. More importantly, she took the time to talk through my skillset and what I could offer to the team. Ultimately, she took a chance on me, giving me the opportunity to build on my previous experience in training and grow into a whole new role with Program Management. The faith she placed in me and her subsequent mentoring completely changed my career trajectoryfor the better. It's rare to find a person that really listens. It is even rarer to find someone that takes the time to understand and apply that understanding to making the world just a little bit better. Vivian was that type of person. I will never forget her and I will always be grateful to her.

I worked with Vivian at Philips in Pinnacle support, her "can do" attitude was contagious. I send my thoughts and prayers to Leo and the rest of Vivian's family.

It goes with out saying, Vivian is an amazing woman. As a colleague from PROS, she was extremely passionate about her job and had high expectations for everyone. She was and still is admired by many for her diligence to get it done- no matter what it was. Personally, Vivian was a mentor to me. She had the drive I possess for success and she always had patience with me as she helped me grow within the company and learn the business aspect of PROS. Each conference call with her pushed me to learn more and get more involved. Her compassion and energetic personality was contagious and will never be forgotten. My prayers and strength go out to her family and her son.
RIP Vivian, I will miss you.
