Barbara Eisler-Campbell, 62, a native of San Francisco, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday December 14th. She leaves behind much more than immediate family. She leaves behind countless other family, friends and co-workers, and will be missed by them all. Adored daughter of Dorothee and the late Paul Eisler, beloved sister to Lorraine Greene-Vortruba, treasured aunt to Samantha and Jeremy Greene, loving wife to Tim Campbell and devoted mother to Reed Campbell, Barbara was known as a constant source of energy and passion for life. Her love of travel translated into over 40 years as a travel agent helping people fulfill their dreams. Her life will be celebrated at 12:00 pm at Congregation EmanuEl on Thursday, December 19th. Almost got to see Reed in Ain't Too Proud, but covid interrupted. I know Barb would be right there, center seats, adoring her son as she always did. And now Tim's in a new paradise and Barb's looking down on her men...beaming with pride and love. RIP Barbara Campbell. You leave love and good memories. xo

My deepest heartfelt condolensces. I was shocked at the news of Barbara's death, as I truly thought she would beat this horrible disease.
I met Barbara last year while travelling to Vienna and Istanbul. She was my seat mate on both long haul flights, so we had many undisturbed hours to get to know one another. What struck me most about Barbara was her outgoing nature and her ease at talking to anyone she came in contact with. The other thing that stands out in my mind is how very proud she was of Reed. I do not think I have met a Mother as proud of her child as Barbara was of hers. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and love. I hope the coming days bring peace to those she has left behind.
With love and sorrow.

I loved reading your mom's posts about you and her visits with you. She was so incredibly proud of you and her love for you was boundless. It became very clear to me that your mom and dad raised a really terrific son. She may be gone, but not really. They live on through you, as my mom does through me and my sisters. That never ends. You will find peace in the months ahead; it just takes time.
to you Tim, you were a fantastic friend and husband to Barbara
to Dorothy and Lori hugs and kisses to you both.

Am shocked and saddened to see this!Barbara was way too young, and also one of the nicest women on the planet! We spoke a few months ago, after a long hiatus, and talking with her seemed like yesterday...LeeBender

Dear Tim and Reed,
I am shocked and saddened to hear that Barbara has lost her battle with cancer. I will always remember her energy and love of life. Last year we traveled in Vienna and Istanbul together. The two of us ran through Vienna to find a special Christmas Market in order for Barbara to find the right gift to bring home to a friend. She will be missed.
My condolences to you and your family,
Ute
