We announce, with broken hearts, that Elizabeth Montana Swanson transitioned to her spiritual life on July 15, 2021, surrounded by family at the age of 58.
Liz was the wife of Michael Swanson and loving mother of Malorie, Daniel, Jacob, and Michaela; doting grandmother to Syrus.
Liz was born in Oakland, CA on September 9, 1962 to Sarah and Louis Montana. She was lovingly brought into the home of Helen and Guadalupe Ramirez where she grew up in Hayward with siblings; David, Elena, Mark, and Diana.
Services to remember and honor Elizabeth's life will be held for family and close friends on July 28, 2021.
