George Ishikawa Obituary

George Ishikawa Passed away peacefully on June 18, 2008 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Masako Ishikawa for over 56 years; loving father of Arleen (James Fung), Joyce, Clyde and Amy (Edward Woo); cherished grandfather of Orion and Emily. Caring brother of Kimi Kitasoe and Hisa Nakano. Also survived by many loving family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. George was born March 8, 1924. He worked at Bob Reynolds Toyota in San Francisco for 12 years and the City and County of San Francisco for 131/2 years as a mechanic. He was a member of the Automotive Machinists LL Union No. 1305 of San Mateo for 261/2 years and the Nisei Fishing Club for approximately 50 years. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Service celebrating his life on Saturday, June 28, 2008, 3pm at Cypress Lawn Funeral Home, 1370 El Camino Real in Colma. Private Inurnment at Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto.
