Howard Yee Obituary

Howard J. Yee Sept. 15, 1932 - August 16, 2010 Born in China to Fun & Oy Yee. He came to the United States in 1951, and lived in Santa Barbara, where he helped cook in his parent's restaurant. He moved to San Francisco in 1961 where he became a house painter until he retired. He is survived by his wife Julie of 48 years, along with his 3 daughters and son-in-laws; Shirley & Todd, Susan & Jerome, and Christine & Dave. His greatest joy was to spend time with his 5 grandchildren; Joseph, Nicholas, Joshua, Ashley, and Sharlotte. There will be a memorial service celebrating his life on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. at Ashley & McMullen Mortuary, 4200 Geary Blvd, San Francisco. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.

Our deepest condolences during this difficult time. I will always remember Uncle Howard as warm, friendly, gentle, and very relaxed. He will be missed.
