We were so lucky to have had you in our lives, you were a strong, kind, sparkly eyed g-pa. So many memories a grandaughter could never forget. Thank you for all of the religious guidance. Your smiling Irish eyes will be missed but never forgotten.

Grandpa,
You were the kindest man I've ever known. I will never forget looking up the hill while playing soccer and softball as a child and seeing you watch us from above while walking the dogs. I will cherish the memories from the past 6 months of you holding your Great Grandson Jack. If I can raise him to be half the man you were I will have succeeded. We are so thankful you went in peace with no suffering. Now you are with Grandma and Eileen. Im sure you are singing Moon River as I write this. You will be missed. Until we meet again.....

RIP Jasper. My condolences go out to your family and friends. I know that they are going to miss you.
You were a great example to me when I was a young patrolman, in the SFPD.
I'll always remember you as a kind and easy going man who was liked by everyone.

Jasper was one of our best finds when he joined the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. He had the maturity and wisdom that his vast experience brought to our department. He was a very kind man too.

They called you Jay in later years but you will forever remain Uncle Jack to me...my favorite uncle who would romp and play with us, take me to Golden Gate Park when I was a little girl. I loved to see you in your uniform with that sparkling badge. You were always so gentle I wondered how you could catch big bad guys. I'll miss you, Uncle Jack.
