Dear Goodwin Family
So Sorry for the loss of Joan,
Mother, Grandmother and friend.
My Parents Joe and Marcia also talked about the memorable dinners and gatherings they shared with Joan and her husband Jack when they were all living in San Francisco. She had a great smile and laugh.
Joan, say hello to Joe and Marcia when you see them

So sad to hear news of Joan's departure from this life. She was always a good friend and I remember with gratitude the many times I took our Irish visitors up to her home to get an optimum view of Napa Valley. Joan was a committed parishioner and parent during my years at St. Apollinaris. May you, Jack and all the Goodwins especially Bill and Theresa, be consoled at this time of grief and may Joan enjoy the light, love, peace and joy of her new life in God.

Joan was a beautiful person always kind and a great example of a loving mother and wife. I hope you are in a great place safe and sound with Jesus by your side...

Jack and Family,
We were deeply saddened to learn of Joan's passing. We very much enjoyed her smile and gentle spirit at the 5:15 mass at Holy Family parish.
May the healing peace of our Lord and savior bring you consolation and peace in this difficult time of loss.

Jack and Family,
So very sorry for your loss. Her love for all of you will carry you through your sadness, and her love for Christ, will shine brightly as you move on and carry on in her footsteps, to be a faithful loving family unit. Bringing each other strength.
It was such a blessing to have met Jack and Joan, during her brief stay at NVCC. I felt such a connection with you both. God bless you.

Dearest Jack,
We're so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. What a bright and lovely soul she was. We know it's been a difficult few years for you both and of course, as is so well-known - and so often said - she is at peace now. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything you need. You are such a treasured friend and we love you.

Jack and family,
I had the good fortune to know Joan socially. Her smile, warmth and ease of conversation is something I´ll always carry in my heart.
