John and I met when I was a property adjuster for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. I telephoned him for all carpeting/rug claims. We became friends and sometimes, met for lunch. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. Unfortunately, I will be out of town on the date of his memorial. My husband, Ron, was also surprised to hear of his death. What a guy, John was. Always great hugs and loved his car! So, to all of John's friends, I am so sorry and I know how you feel. I have a picture of John on my home office wall; he is wearing a pair of red shorts, blue shirt and a kimono style jacket. I believe he said this outfit/picture was from a Chinese New Years party. If anyone wants a copy, feel free to contact me. My best to all of you, Elaine Willenborg and husband Ron
