As Hilary's little sister, I was lucky to spend time with Lisa: a beautiful, fun and adventurous soul. I'll never forget Lisa taught me how to put on make up and tweezed my eyebrows for the first time (ow!). Lisa and Hil also took me out to my first bar/night club. That was a night to remember. May the Hann's and Larney's find comfort within the arms of family and friends, and may Lisa's spirit comfort you all during this time of bereavement. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

As I learn of Lisa's death, I am stunned and so saddened. The memories flood back in vivid color like it was just yesterday we were together. I could fill this page with story after story of the great and outrageous fun we had. Growing up, Lisa and I were very close friends. In fact, nearly never apart. Lisa's family was my family, and mine hers. Lisa's death has taught me a lesson of how tragic it is to lose touch with someone you once shared so much. Lisa was a tremendous and beautiful spirit. Never will I forget how she touched my life. My love, thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends who must miss her desperately.

Even though I haven't seen Lisa in many years, until today, hearing her name always made me smile. So many fond and FUN memories; goofing around in the pool during swim practice, cooking and sewing with her mom, chasing their dog around town, taking the bus to Capwells and the Gray Shop in downtown Oakland, talking until all hours of the night in her beautiful "girls" room. She was one of the warmest fun loving friends I had growing up.
My deepest and heartfelt sympathies to Lisa's family.

From swim team through PHS, Lisa, you were simply great. The picture reminds me of when I gave you an answer in Algebra. I also remember having a goal of being taller than you! You were so beautiful and statuesque; but it was your fun- loving, easy going nature that I think we will all remember the most. My deepest condolences to your family.

Lisa was a kind, caring, true friend. Although I have not seen her in quite some time, my memories of her and her unique and wonderful love for life are so very clear in my memories. She will be missed. I offer my most sincere condolences to her family and other loved ones.

I will always remember Lisa as an extremely warm and beautiful person. I have many fond memories of growing up with the entire Hann family in Piedmont and sharing classes and social functions with Lisa. Our thoughts and sympathies go out to the Hann and Larney families. She was a shining star and we will all miss her.
