What a wonderful, selfless role model your mother was for you and all of us. She had the gift of hospitality - which is a spirtual gift.
To be a true Christian is a verb, it is the actions of ones faith and your mother showed her faith to Christ is all her giving not only to the Church, but to her family and to her community.
I can never remember her sitting but her always doing, serving and giving.
God we with you as you ajust to your mother not of this world but of heaven and know that she will always be inside of each of you. You have been blessed.
Love, Linda Johnson

Norma was wonderful to me and to my children; Sabrina and Sonny Soracco... even after I left north beach she treated me the same... she always had a kind word, a thoughtful gift, a smile on her face. I cherish knowing this woman in my life. God Bless her soul in her journey to heaven. My children and I were blessed to have Norma in our lives.

Dear Debbie,
How saddened I was to read of your moms passing. She was like my 2nd mother all during high school and years after. I have many great memories of our wonderful times together and of course her waiting for us coming home late from Coit Tower, haha.....
Always remember “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal”. My prayers are with all of you at this time.

Dear JoAnn and Family,
In the name of my eight siblings and of my many Salesian Sisters--especially Sr. Sandra, our Provincial, I send you our deepest condolences and prayers during this time of loss. Your dear Mother was a friend of the Crotti family way back in the '50's in North Beach. Your dear Mother was also Salesian through and through and so many Sisters knew and loved her greatly. Personally I was grateful to God that a few years ago I was able to reconnect with her at Saints Peter and Paul. I can just picture my own mom who died five months ago welcoming your dear mom to heaven!
We are praying for all of you. It is not an easy time for us who are left behind but our dear ones are enjoying eternal life!
Affectionately,
Sr. Rachel

My family and I had the priviledge of having Norma & Babe and the girls as our neighbors for many years on Telegraph Hill. I will never forget the wonderful memories I have of Norma when I was growing up. She was so kind and loving and forever helping anyone that came in contact with her. Norma was one of the best. My Deepest Sympathy to Jo, Barbara Jean and Debbie. Your dear mother will always be in my heart. With Love, Tina
