Richard Monaco Obituary

Richard Albert Monaco Born Oct. 23, 1967 in San Francisco. Died in his sleep from complications of diabetes on May 25, 2008 in Eugene, OR. Richard is the son of Albert M. Monaco, Jr. and Loretta T. Monaco of Lakeview, OR; brother of Marie L. Monaco of South San Francisco; grandson of the late Albert M. and Marie G. Monaco of San Francisco and San Mateo, and Janor Tuck and the late Robert G. Tuck of Hillsborough; nephew of Carolyn M. Monaco of Medford, OR, King and Mary Ann Tuck of San Mateo, Gary and Cab Rogers of Oakland, John and Terry Meyer of Hillsborough, Gail Forbes of San Diego and Hillsborough, Hugh and Judy Tuck of Burlingame, George and Karen Tuck of Hillsborough, and Bob and Lisa Tuck of Piedmont, and numerous cousins in the Bay Area, San Diego, Oregon, Idaho and Minnesota. Richard was raised in Moraga, CA, and Colorado Springs, CO. At the time of his death he was pursing a civil engineering degree and was enrolled at Lane Community College in Eugene. He was proud of being a long time employee of Atlas Heating, a sheet metal journeyman, and a webmaster who coordinated computer game competition. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 5, 1:30 pm at St. Catherine Catholic Church, 1310 Bayswater Avenue, Burlingame. Interment of Richard's remains in the family mausoleum at the Italian Cemetery is private and will occur on another date. Memorial donations can be made to: Richard A. The soccer girls
